Community human services agencies face daunting challenges in serving the multi-faceted needs their clients have.  For example, a homeless family may need referrals from their homeless shelter to other community resources, such as mental health counseling, health care clinics, job training programs, longer-term housing, government assistance services, and childcare. The lifeblood that runs through cooperative human services provision is the need for organizations to securely share information about clients, find information about available resources, and address community needs comprehensively.
